Identification Information: Full name, Turkish ID number, passport number or temporary ID number, birthplace and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance number, hospital protocol number, and other identifying data.

Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address, and communication records obtained through interactions via phone, email, mail, or similar means.

Financial Information: Bank account number, IBAN, billing details, private health insurance information, and Social Security Institution data.

Health Information: Medical reports, diagnostic data, biometric and genetic data, laboratory and test results, examination data, appointment and prescription details obtained during or resulting from healthcare services.

Customer Relations Data: Surveys filled out by patients, appreciation and complaint letters, satisfaction scores, notifications submitted to Akademi Hospitals or entered on the website.
